Car hire in the Canary Islands

This is not our first time using TopCar for it's great value and service. The TopCar website is easily navigable with clearly identified options and costs and no noticeable shortcomings. I can't think of any significant improvements.

I have used this company now for twenty years. Always a good service. Never had a bad car except one Fiat Panda where the starter motor broke the night I was returning ut. Fortunately it was parked on a hill! Accept cash. No credit card deposit and fees.

I don't know now, but I would very much appreciate it, if the booking through the website is all includsing. Meaning, that when I will pick up the car, I will not be asked further questions concerning insurance etc. The advantage of booking through a website should be, that picking up the car will be fixed within a couple of minutes. Furthermore, I would suggest a seperate queue at the desk at the airport terminal for those who have made a pre booking.

We have reserved the car via this website for our holiday. It will be only in October so I can not Review the full service, only the booking part. Until this we are satisfied, the website is clear and understandable. I had question, I wrote to the help Desk and they answered correctly within 12 hours. After the booking I got clear e-mail about my reservation.

Overall the experience of the site and booking was okay. I have two recommendations. First of all, it is useful to include the city in the form next to the address and zip code. Secondly, it is not clear to me as a customer when I receive my login details.

Great pricing, car was a bit scuffed up but drove well. Got my full credit card deposit back within a few days.
