25th March 2015
At #Easter in the Canary Islands, you can enjoy the sun on the beaches and also can do other activities, such as:
– Come to a Procession, which is a religious tradition that can be seen in the historic center of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria from Holy Thursdayto Sunday.
– For lunch, we recommend trying local foods, such as: Sancocho (salted fish) with papas arrugadas (wrinkled potatoes), gofio and mojo sauce.
– Another possibility is that you go to relax in a thalassotherapy center or Spa.
Whatever the plan, you can rent a car with Top Car AutoReisen and spend pleasant days.

From 20 to 22 March 2015 will be held International Fair of the Sea (#Fimar). This fair is within the nautical and marine sector. These days will be different activities for children and adults, cooking shows, exhibitions, workshops and exhibitions of: canoeing, paddle surf, sea rescue and Canary Lateen Sailing.
Gofio is a typical Canarian food made of a non-sifted flour and roasted cereal, usually wheat or maize. It looks like white flour but with a darker or yellowish appearance.
Have you already visited the north of #GranCanaria? We recommend three villages which are very interesting.
