The bookings made by Internet offer a special rate which cannot be applied to reservations made by telephone.
Drivers must hold a driver's licence that is valid within Europe and have at least 3 years experience behind the wheel. The minimum age for hiring a car is 25.
Internet prices are subject to changes at any moment and they include:
- Taxes (IGIC or VAT).
- Unlimited mileage.
- Comprehensive insurance.
- Second driver is free of charge.
The insurance policy does not cover the following:
- Flat tires.
- Damage caused by dangerous driving.
- Damage caused by filling the tank with the wrong fuel.
- Damage to rims and tires.
- Damage done to the underneath of the car body.
- Loss or damage to keys and remote control devices.
Once the customer has made a reservation over the Internet, he will receive two e-mails at the e-mail address provided: The first one is a confirmation of the petition, which is only a confirmation that we have correctly received the personal details. The second one confirms or rejects the request.

Payment should be made in our offices upon collection of the vehicle. No payment will be made over the Internet
Vehicles may be collected from any of our airport or tourist destination offices. It is essential to present the credit card under the name of the driver, driving licence, passport and the booking number to be able to take the car.
Child boosters(+18 Kilo) and baby seats (0-18 Kilo) are free of charge for reservations made by internet.The roof racks are only available to groups B and C, they cost 2€ per day. Only one surfboard can be transported on each roof rack. Surfboards have to put on the roof racks, never inside the car.
Roof rack will be added to the total reservation amount.
We are not responsible for any object placed on the roof rack.

Customers should return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when collected.
Cars may not be taken out of the original island.
We are not responsible for any object left inside the car.
The personal details provided over the Internet will be treated as confidential and will not be made available to third parties.
Drivers are responsible for any legal infraction made by them while driving or parking of the vehicle (fines, parking, etc.) according to the Driving Code and other effective legal dispositions.
Customers can cancel their bookings free of charge by e-mail or by phone.
