USE OF GOOGLE ADWORDS REMARKETING/CONVERSION TRACKING
Our website uses Google Adwords. Google AdWords is an online advertising program from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").
We use a remarketing feature in Google AdWords. With the remarketing feature, we can present interest-based advertising to other websites for users of our site on the Google Display Network (on Google itself, so-called "Google ads" or on other websites). To achieve this, we analyse the user's interactions on our site, such as which ads the user was interested in, to show users, even after visiting our site, targeted ads on other sites. To accomplish this, Google stores a number in the browsers for users visiting specific Google services or sites on the Google Display Network. These user visits are recorded via this number, called cookies. This number identifies a browser on a particular computer and does not identify a person and their personal data is not stored. You can disable the use of cookies from Google by following the link below and downloading and installing the plug-in provided: www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin. You can also take advantage of Google's advertising settings at the following link: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/.
In addition, we use a so-called conversion tracking when using Google AdWords. When you click on an ad provided by Google, a "conversion tracking" cookie is stored on your computer/device. These cookies expire after 30 days, do not contain personal data and cannot be used for personal identification. The information collected with the help of the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking.
You can prevent the storage of cookies with the help of a setting in the browser. However, we would like to remind you that you will not be able to fully utilize all of the features in this site. In addition, you can disable interest-based ads on Google and interest-based Google ads online in your browser (on the Google Display Network) by clicking on the "OFF" button at www.google.com/settings/ads or performing the deactivation at https://www.aboutads.info/choices/. For more information about the relevant settings and privacy of Google, please see https://www.google.com/intl/no/policies/privacy/?fg=1. For more information about Google Adwords Remarketing and Conversion Tracking, as well as the Google Privacy Policy, please visit:: https://www.google.com/privacy/ads/.
