Playa de El Cotillo

How to get there: From Corralejo, take the FV-10 road towards El Cotillo. The access is fully paved, and there are designated parking areas near the beach.

Playa de Corralejo (Rocky Point)

Corralejo is one of the island's main surfing hubs. Rocky Point, at the northern end, is an ideal spot for both beginners and intermediate surfers. Its volcanic reef bottom and the direction of the waves create perfect conditions for surf lessons, which is why there are so many schools in the area.

How to get there: From Puerto del Rosario, take the FV-1 north until you reach Corralejo. The access to Rocky Point is paved and has parking areas nearby.

Playa de La Pared

Located on the west coast, La Pared is known for its strong waves and volcanic landscapes. It's a popular beach for intermediate and advanced surfers due to the power and consistency of its waves. 

The natural surroundings are one of its main draws, with viewpoints and trails that allow you to enjoy the views, sunsets, and the tranquillity of the landscape.

How to get there: From Costa Calma, take the FV-605 road to La Pared. Once there, follow the signs to the Bahía La Pared restaurant, where you will find a free paved parking area. From this point, it's just a few minutes' walk along a path to reach the beach.

Playa de Majanicho

At the northwestern tip of Fuerteventura lies Majanicho, a small and picturesque coastal hamlet that is home to one of the most highly-rated beaches for intermediate and advanced surfers. How to get there: From Lajares, take the FV-109 road north. The access to Majanicho is paved right up to the village, where there are parking areas near the sea. From there, the beach is just a few minutes' walk away.

Playa Blanca (Puerto del Rosario)

Not far from the island's capital, Playa Blanca offers an accessible and less crowded spot for surfing. It's a safe environment with waves that are ideal for both beginners and those looking to improve their technique.

How to get there: From Puerto del Rosario, drive south on the FV-2 and follow the signs for Playa Blanca. The entire route is paved and has good parking.
